Trailer Mechanic – Fleet Trailers | $35–$40/hr | Lockport, IL

Keep our company trailers safe, legal, and rolling, working out of a brand new terminal in Lockport. You'll work on our own fleet, so no customer drama. Just good work on equipment you get to know. $35–$40/hr.

What you'll do

• Do PMs and DOT inspections on company fleet trailers
• Repair air brakes (drum/disc), air lines, glad hands, slack adjusters, and wheel ends
• Diagnose and repair ABS faults, lights, and trailer wiring
• Repair suspension, landing gear, doors, floors, and panels
• Document repairs and inspections accurately

What you need

• At least 2 years of trailer repair experience
• Your own tools
• Solid air brake, ABS, and electrical skills
• Nice to have: welding experience

• Up to 2 weeks paid vacation

• Flexible weekday shifts: 7–4, 8–5 or 7–5
• Saturdays 8 AM–12 PM, paid at double time
