How we use AI in hiring

AGY Logistics uses an automated (AI) recruiting assistant. It can answer questions about our open positions and ask a few short screening questions (for example your CDL class, experience and when you can start). It never decides whether you are hired: a recruiter reviews every application. You can ask for a person at any time, and reply STOP to opt out.
